At Kalliope Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it and attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the jewelry in its original Kalliope pouch and box to ensure it is protected from scratches or damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
